Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a Parking Officer with experience in Appeals, Representations, Permits or Debt Recovery to join a client in London on contract basis.

You will be responsible for investigating parking appeals and representations, enforcing PCN's (penalty charge notices) where applicable and managing statutory and non-statutory complaints. Other duties include handling telephone queries, carrying out site visits, providing specialist parking advice and assisting the parking enforcement contractor with any issues or problems.

This is a full-time contract position so please only apply if you have Parking Appeals, Representations, Permits or Debt Recovery experience. The rate on offer is £24 - £26 per hour - negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working arrangements are available alongside home working opportunities.
