Responsibilities

• Organise parcels and plan your route
• Carry our vehicle safety checks
• Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses – from birthday presents to vital business information – providing excellent customer service with every delivery

Requirements

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5 tonnes) – registered to your current address, with no more than 6 penalty points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg

Location and Terms

Location: Parcelforce Worldwide London South East Unit 3 Optima Park, Thames Road, Crayford, Dartford, DA1 4QX

Contract Type: Fixed Term; Working hours: 38 hours per week with overtime. Typical attendance is Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 – 18:00. Starting salary: £24,290 (£12.21 p/h). After 6 months: £25,679 (£12.95 p/h). Plus: £824 annual allowance (pro rata); Nightshift allowance; Outer London weighting of £3,152 a year. Total package: up to £30,000 per year, including excellent benefits (based on a 38-hour week + overtime)
