Job summary

A leading global law firm in the UK is seeking a Paralegal / Support Lawyer to join their Transactional team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in transactional legal work, preferably in Debt Capital Markets, and be capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced setting. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. The position requires a full-time commitment and rights to work in the UK.

As a Paralegal / Support Lawyer you can gain experience within a Magic Circle law firm, working in-house or in an alternative legal service provider environment. You will get experience working with Transactional team, as well as working closely with Linklaters clients, providing advice, training, assistance and offering exceptional client service.

Who are we looking for?
  • At least 2+ years' transactional legal experience, preferably in Debt Capital Markets.
  • Experience in conducting due diligence.
  • Minimum educational requirements LPC/SQE/Foreign- or UK-Qualified.
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high degree of autonomy, be resilient and be aware that long hours may be needed from time to time.
  • Maintain effective organisational skills and clear communication to efficiently manage multiple matters and deadlines.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, work ethic and technical abilities.
