Residential Conveyancing Paralegal — Glasgow — £33,000-£38,000

Responsibilities
  • Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
  • Managing files with a high level of autonomy, with the support of a designated Director and wider team
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
  • Preparing and reviewing documentation relating to property transactions
  • Supported by administrative and secretarial staff, allowing you to focus on fee-earning work
