A leading financial services organisation in Bristol is seeking a Paralegal to join their Contracts team. The role entails managing a caseload of claims and supporting the litigation process under supervision. Candidates should be Law Graduates with a sound knowledge of UK law and strong negotiation skills. These are exciting times at ARAG Law as we are going through a period of positive change and sustained growth across our friendly and high-performing Legal departments. As a result, we are looking for someone to join us as a Paralegal in our Contracts team, within the wider Volume Litigation division in our Bristol office.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims within an area of law that is aligned with your knowledge and experience. You will be encouraged to take early responsibility for the litigation process, albeit always under appropriate supervision.
You’ll also help to drive a culture of effective and efficient case handling, take personal ownership of customer problems until resolution, work to support the delivery of SLA’s, KPI’s financial & performance targets, and share knowledge and best practice with your wider team.
