The Clinical Negligence Team enjoys an enviable reputation. The lead partners in the team have a wealth of expertise across a whole range of clinical negligence matters. The quality of work undertaken by the team is excellent, including catastrophic and life-changing injuries.

Recent instructions have included surgical error, misdiagnosis, failure to treat etc. across:

  • obstetrics and gynaecology
  • paediatrics
  • oncology
  • emergency services and A&E
  • military surgery & trauma
  • respiratory
  • haematology
  • cardiology
  • orthopaedics

Initially, you will be supporting partners and solicitor case managers with conduct of their caseload. Typical tasks will be:

  • Arranging appointments and obtaining medical reports.
  • Requesting evidence in support of claim.
  • Assisting with instructions to counsel.
  • Preparing trial bundles.
  • Attending to enquiries from clients and other parties.
