You will support the team by:

• Drafting and reviewing transaction documents
• Coordinating deals
• Managing due diligence
• Maintaining trackers and data rooms
• Conducting Companies House filings
• Liaising with clients and internal teams
• Providing general administrative support

Candidates should:
