A leading law firm in Northampton is looking for two Paralegals to join their Real Estate team. Candidates should have a legal qualification and a keen interest in property law. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting documents, and supporting the team in managing client needs. We are growing our Real Estate team in our Central England (Northampton) office. We are looking for 2 attentive individuals to work in the role of Paralegal. One role will be in our Developments sub-team, working on residential development and strategic land work with clients such as house builders, landowners and charities. The second opening is within our Commercial Property team, working with corporate entities, investors or educational bodies and lenders. The Paralegal role objective is to undertake routine legal tasks including:
