Job description

Join LSH Auto as a Panel Technician and become an integral part of our dedicated team! We specialise in providing top-tier service, ensuring that each vehicle is restored to its pristine condition. Your role will involve meticulously repairing vehicle bodywork, utilising your skill and expertise to uphold our commitment to quality.

WELCOME BONUS - £2,000

Hours - 40 hours per week

Salary - £42,880 including OTE bonus £65,000

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and repair damaged vehicle panels according to manufacturer specifications
  • Utilize a range of hand tools and welding equipment to achieve optimal results in body repair
  • Ensure high precision in alignment and finish prior to painting
  • Maintain a tidy workspace that meets health and safety standards
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and report on repair progress

Qualifications and Skills:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Body Repair or an equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated experience as a Panel Beater within a professional setting
  • Excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities
  • Capability to work both independently and as a part of a cohesive team
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential
