Panel Technician

Location: Bidford-on-Avon
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract: Permanent, full-time

We’re seeking an experienced Panel Technician to join a leading bespoke campervan conversion company, recognised nationwide for quality, craftsmanship, and innovation. Based at a Bodyshop in Bidford-on-Avon, you’ll ensure every vehicle is repaired, restored, and finished to the highest standards.

Using your skills as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater, Bodyshop Technician, or Vehicle Repair Technician you will take on the followingKey Responsibilities:

  • Assessing vehicle damage and planning effective repairs.
  • Removing, repairing, and replacing panels with precision.
  • Carrying out dent removal, filler work, and surface preparation for painting.
  • Conducting quality checks to guarantee a flawless finish.

The ideal Panel Technician:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in panel repair (ATA / NVQ Level 3 desirable).
  • Strong technical knowledge of repair methods, tools, and equipment.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and passion for quality work.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred).
