Painter & Decorator

Baillie Reynolds Maintenance Ltd are specialists in serving the local social housing market. Our services consist of voids, planned works, larger repairs & occasional responsive repairs.

Due to the high demand and expansion of the company we are looking for a Painter and Decorator.

Duties & Requirements

• Experience and proven track record as a painter and decorator as main trade.
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients and customers.
• Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents.
• Be smart in appearance as we are customer facing business.

Qualifications & Experience

• Social housing background preferred but not essential.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Ability to work closely with outside contractors/consultants.
