A leading maintenance service provider in Leeds is seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to carry out various internal and external painting and decorating tasks. This full-time permanent role requires precision, professionalism, and attention to detail in preparing surfaces and meeting safety standards. We’re looking for a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team in Leeds.
You’ll carry out a variety of internal and external painting and decorating tasks across residential and void properties, supporting both void and repairs and maintenance refurbishments and responsive maintenance works vacant properties and communal areas.
This is a hands‑on role requiring precision, professionalism and a strong eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying finishes and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. You’ll work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team helping return properties to a lettable or liveable condition efficiently and to a high standard.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK. Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle you must be aged over 21, have held your licence for over 3 months and have fewer than 9 points.
