Paint Shop Team Leader – Location: Farnborough • Job Type: Permanent • Hours: 38 hours per week • Pay Rate: £16.50 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team within the paint shop
• Support daily operations, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Carry out paint spraying as required, using a variety of techniques and finishes
• Monitor and maintain quality control processes
• Train and support team members with tasks and development
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Report to management with updates and performance issues
