Pain Specialist Physiotherapist – Neuro rehab (band 6)

Permanent

Salary £44,606 pro rata

Are you currently working in the capacity of Neuro Rehab are you wanting to develop your clinical practice further and work within a wider setting then this may be the role for you

As the pain specialist Physio you will deliver exceptionally high quality physio intervention around evidence based practice, you will work closely with a wider MDT team which will include Clinical Psychologists, CBT therapists, pain medication prescriber involved in providing the Luton CMSK pain management programme / pain service. You will work alongside ESP’s and MSK Physiotherapists.

You will work independently to determine future clinical management of patients with long term pain through clinical assessment deliver high quality management of complex patients and deliver classes such as BeST class for long term back pain.

Contribute to the supervision and education of other healthcare professionals, plan evaluate, refer where necessary initiate treatment and ensure that outcomes are measured recorded and reviewed

You will be dedicated to additional and lifelong learning for yourself and other colleagues, manage clinical risk, and work within your own scope of practice.
