THE ROLE

The Global Careers Paid Social Media Specialist will be instrumental in shaping and delivering global recruitment-focused paid social media initiatives for a leading professional services organisation. This role suits someone with a strong perspective on emerging paid media trends, hands-on experience delivering innovative campaigns, and a genuine enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and delivering global careers-focused paid social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok
  • Owning paid media tools and analytics platforms, ensuring reporting is accurate, insightful and clearly articulated
  • Partnering closely with creative teams to produce compelling, high-impact ad creative
  • Using analytics and data visualisation to translate performance data into clear and engaging insights
  • Supporting and advising regional and local recruitment teams on best practices in paid social, including campaign execution where required
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key platform and vendor contacts
  • Championing innovation and sharing emerging paid social trends, formats and opportunities with the wider social media team

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years' experience in paid social media planning and/or buying, either agency-side or in-house
  • Demonstrated success planning, executing and optimising campaigns across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram
  • A proactive self-starter with the motivation to build, scale and evolve paid social programmes
  • Experience working with third-party social media management and advertising platforms (e.g. enterprise-level tools such as Sprinklr)
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to manage stakeholders at varying levels
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, analytics platforms and bespoke performance reporting
  • A curious, positive and enthusiastic approach to learning and innovation
