The Paid Media Manager (Digital Activation) role in THG Beauty sits within the Commercial Marketing structure. Leading from the front, the Paid Media Manager (Digital Activation), works closely with brand marketing leads, buying, trading, core performance channels & design on a daily basis to execute brand-funded media & influencer campaigns. This role gives an incredible insight into performance marketing, influencer marketing, retail & eCommerce and exposure to external brand marketing planning. The Digital Activation team are external-facing THG ambassadors & media experts.
