Job Title – Paid Media Executive - Size Group

Location: Bury Head Office, BL9 8RR

Working rota: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 40 hours

Role Overview:

You will be part of our market-leading in-house Paid Media team, working across major and emerging paid media platforms such as Google, Microsoft, YouTube, Facebook, and more.

As a Paid Media Executive, your responsibilities include ensuring Paid Accounts meet our best-in-class standards through daily checks, reporting, and optimisation. You will become familiar with our proprietary approach to Paid Media and contribute to continuous account improvements.

You will also participate in shaping the strategic vision for your accounts and the department. A keen desire to learn and develop your skills is essential, working closely with your team.

You will collaborate with talented team members and key stakeholders across the business, including teams such as Organic Search, Affiliates & Partnerships, Content, CRO, and Analytics.

Key Duties:
  1. Demonstrate a sound understanding of all Paid Media elements, including campaign planning and activation.
  2. Complete high-standard performance reports, providing context and insights.
  3. Monitor daily delivery and performance, optimising campaign elements based on KPIs.
  4. Conduct daily budget checks to align spend and performance with strategies, reacting to trends as needed.
  5. Perform hygiene checks to ensure error-free campaign delivery.
  6. Analyze data and generate reports to optimize results and identify opportunities.
  7. Maintain high attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
  8. Manage your time effectively, planning workloads for the day and upcoming weeks.
  9. Participate in Paid Media training sessions and contribute actively.
  10. Learn and become proficient with relevant tools and technologies, maintaining accreditation.
  11. Build relationships with key partners like Google, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc., to foster performance growth.
  12. Collaborate with other digital and non-digital channels to explore integration opportunities.
