Overview

Paid Media Executive role to join our growing Ecommerce & Marketing team. If you've got experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns and want to make a real impact, this could be the perfect next step.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, create, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns in line with best practices and platform policies.
  • Plan, run, and optimise paid media campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences; own campaign performance from setup to reporting.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and brief creative partners on campaign collateral (landing pages, video, static ads).
  • Work flexibly across both B2B and B2C campaigns and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider Ecommerce team to support growth initiatives.
  • Monitor accounts daily, analyse results, and use insights and new platform features to evolve our paid media strategy.
  • Take accountability for hitting agreed campaign KPIs and adapt quickly to platform updates and innovations.
What you'll bring

  • A strong grasp of performance marketing and its role in driving business results.
  • Understanding of paid media tracking and how to implement it.
  • Ability to independently manage ad accounts and report to stakeholders.
