Job summary

A healthcare provider in London seeks a Bank/Adhoc Paediatric Anaesthetist to support the development of its paediatric services. Responsibilities include providing anaesthesia for day-case surgeries and assisting in pre-and post-operative care. The ideal candidate should have paediatric experience, be an EPALS provider, and have stage 2 or 3 competencies. Qualifications

• Post-FRCA stage 2 or 3 trainees, or equivalents with completed stage 2 paediatric competencies.
• Non-HEE trainees who have completed FRCA and competencies.
• Non-training grade doctors with demonstrable paediatric experience.
• Commitment to support development of a successful, safe and effective paediatric day-case surgical pathway.

Responsibilities

• Provide anaesthesia for day-case paediatric surgery.
• Assist in pre-operative assessment and post-operative care.
• Maintain documentation and comply with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
