Job summary

A leading UK healthcare provider is seeking a PACS RIS IT Support Officer to provide technical support within the Imaging Directorate. The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT or equivalent experience, with strong problem-solving skills and a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UK. This role involves on-site support across multiple sites and requires excellent communication skills in dealing with diverse users.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in the UK.
• Excellent working knowledge of computers and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support to users.
• Perform IT Admin duties.
• Liaise with suppliers & IM&T colleagues.
