Qualifications

• Experience in packaging or product development within FMCG or retail.
• Experience with measurement and testing equipment.
• Ability to read technical engineering drawings.
• Background in quality control or packaging materials is a plus.
• Knowledge of EU regulatory requirements and PPWR framework.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with packaging rules.
• Integrate manufacturing expertise into design reviews.
• Develop functional specifications for packaging components.
• Define testing plans for innovation projects.
• Lead packaging changes from feasibility to final implementation.
• Analyze test data to improve packaging performance.
• Guide lab technicians during pilot runs and testing.
• Capture best practices for future innovations.
