Notting Hill & Ealing High School, one of London’s leading independent girls’ day schools, has an exciting opportunity for an individual with considerable secretarial and administrative experience to play a key role as PA to the Deputy Heads.
We are looking for a focused, enthusiastic individual to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Deputy Heads and the school office. This will include preparing and processing documents, organising meetings, maintaining records and databases, and assisting with the organising of events.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, time management, written and verbal communication skills and will also have senior secretarial and administrative experience, gained in a complex organisation. They will also need excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to relate well to people on all levels with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy. The ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines is equally important.
