This is an exciting and varied role which requires excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt and prioritise workload e?ectively. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills with strong digital capabilities and will demonstrate a willingness to embrace positive change, promote consistency, and share best practices. The successful candidate will be able to work well using their own initiative, using judgment and discretion where necessary, but also âgister and value working as part of a team.
This role will be part time (22.2 hours) and based at our City Campus. The pattern of work will be flexible, subject to agreement with the Head of School and School Manager. After the initial three-month training period, hybrid working is a possibility (typically 1 day per week).
Please note that this post does not meet the minimum salary requirements for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route. We are therefore unable to consider applicants for this post who will require sponsorship to work in the UK.
Please note that if not already an employee of the University of Worcester, the appointed candidate will be employed through our subsidiary company Uniworc Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Worcester. Appointees of Uniworc Limited will automatically be enrolled into the Aviva FlexHE defined contribution pension scheme (subject to earnings and other eligibility criteria).
