  • Accompany and assist during gym sessions or physical activities.
  • Encourage independence by supporting the individual to make their own choices.
  • Support social interaction and confidence‑building in community settings.
  • Provide reassurance and emotional support when out and about.
  • Ensure safety at all times, including awareness of surroundings, traffic, and busy areas.
