The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience and involves managing diaries, assisting in business operations, and HR administration. A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a highly competent and accomplished EA to work for a dynamic and driven Founder of a private property investment company. Based in beautiful offices fronting the river, join this progressive and forward-thinking company and have the opportunity for great advancement. The EA required for this role must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an EA for a senior executive, high energy and commitment, excel at multitasking and managing the ever changing workload in a calm and expedient manner. This role requires 5 days in the office and daily hours a minimum of 9am-6pm.
Whilst providing 1:1 assistance to your Principal and being the main point of call for the other company departments, the key EA responsibilities include personal and professional diary management and being heavily involved in business operations, HR administration and applying a flexible and adaptable approach by working independently. This is a company which works at pace and the EA must thrive under pressure whilst delivering high calibre output.
