We are looking for an experienced PA/Administrator to work with Private Client Directors.

Duties:

  • Assist the Private Client Directors with the day‑to‑day running of their clients’ affairs.
  • Prepare paperwork for new members and existing clients, liaising with the Compliance Team and other divisions as required.
  • Provide cover within the Private Client Directors Assistant team and ensure that all telephone calls are taken and dealt with, or messages taken when the Private Client Director is unavailable.
  • Attend individual and group meetings wherever possible.
  • Assist with the collection and payment of losses and cash calls.
  • Assist with the release and payment of profits and of surplus funds.
  • Assist with the management and maintenance of funds.
  • Ensure that the requirements of the investments are understood and that assistance is provided to the Private Client Directors in this regard.
  • Report any likely breach of regulation or other compliance issues, money‑laundering regulation immediately to the Compliance / Money‑Laundering officer.
