We at Academics are working on behalf of a fantastic SEN Specialist School who are seeking a motivated and experienced Outreach Tutor to support secondary-aged students in the Ware area. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing tailored education and training support to learners facing behavioural, emotional, or social challenges.

Qualifications
  • Experience working with young people, preferably those with behavioural or emotional difficulties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students to achieve their potential
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working across multiple settings
  • Reliable, with a full, clean driving licence and access to own transport
