About the Role

The Outreach Specialist plays a key role within the Outreach team, delivering strategic link building activity that supports client SEO objectives. This role involves developing and executing outreach campaigns, securing high‑quality backlinks, and managing relationships with publishers and webmasters across various industries, with a particular focus on the iGaming sector.

The role also involves taking ownership of client accounts, reporting on performance, and contributing to strategic planning. The Outreach Specialist is responsible for mentoring junior team members, supporting their development, and contributing to the agency's broader marketing and growth initiatives. Our clients are located across the world, and teams with client‑ownership have the opportunity to travel as part of their roles.

Essential Skills
  • At least 1 year’s experience within off‑page (link building).
  • A knack for crafting compelling and persuasive written communication.
  • Proficiency in using outreach/SEO tools (e.g., Buzzstream or Ahrefs).
  • A data‑driven mindset with the ability to establish and track measurable goals.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Previous agency experience and ability to present and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools (a plus!)
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in digital PR campaigns
