A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an Outpatients Registered Nurse to join their team at the Outpatients Department. This role requires skills in phlebotomy, ECG recording, and wound care. Candidates should be NMC registered and possess management experience. Flexibility in working hours is essential. The position offers a salary ranging from £31,516 to £38,364 pro-rata, along with opportunities for career growth and development.

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the small patient-focused team at the Outpatients Department, Snowdrop Breast Unit, with the requirement to work at Royal Glamorgan Hospital and Dewi Sant Hospital if required.
The successful candidate must have an interest in Outpatient Nursing, work well independently and as part of a team, embrace the core values of the health board, and be willing to learn and improve services for patients.
The skills of phlebotomy, ECG recording, and wound care are important and required for this role. The successful applicant will be required to facilitate clinics independently, carry out clinical procedures such as Doppler, supervise junior staff and support Student Nurses on placement.
They would also be required to manage the Outpatient area in the absence of the Department Manager.
Staff are required to undertake Mandatory training and e-learning. Actively participate in PADR and are supported in achieving Revalidation.
The successful candidate is requested to actively participate and encourage Departmental learning and development.
Main Outpatients operates Monday to Friday, and it is important that the successful candidate is flexible over the 5-day period to meet the needs of the service.
