A prominent NHS trust in England is seeking a clinical leader to oversee nursing and allied health professionals within outpatient services. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience and proven leadership skills, delivering high-quality care and managing service changes. This full-time, permanent role is based in Canterbury, offering a salary range of £55,690 to £62,682 per annum. Flexibility in working patterns is available.
To provide clinical leadership to the nursing and AHPs staff with the outpatient remit across the multiple sites, balancing safe services with excellent outcomes, delivering efficiencies and meeting the expectations of patients and the public. To provide clinical leadership to nursing and AHPs in delivering person-centred, safe and effective care and develop the leadership capability of others. To maintain a highly visible presence as a role model to staff, patients and visitors by working a minimum of 20% time in clinical practice across the range of services relevant to the role. To hold professional accountability for patient safety and effective care with a focus on strategic priorities such as excellent services to patients and carers, effective resource management and a robust training plan to meet service requirements.
