Job summary

A conservation organization in Glenrothes seeks an Access and Recreation Manager to lead a team ensuring responsible access across sites. Qualifications

  • Educated to SCQF level 8, including HND or equivalent in a relevant subject.
  • Working knowledge of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 affecting access rights.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team in outdoor settings.
  • Proactive with a strong work ethic and a flexible mindset.
  • Experience in project management and securing funding.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Access Officers and Countryside Wardens in managing access across all FCCT sites.
  • Identify recreation opportunities and partnerships to grow FCCT's revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with the Scottish Outdoor Access Code.
