Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to review appliance cover

• Confidently upsell products using engaging, natural sales conversations

• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs

• Recommend the most suitable protection packages

As an outbound sales agent, you\'ll be encouraged to bring your personality to every call while delivering a great customer experience.

Pay & training

• 24,500 basic salary

• OTE 7,200 per year through achievable bonuses

• Full 4-week paid training programme, no experience left unsupported

You\'ll be fully trained on systems, sales techniques and product knowledge, with ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

Location & working style

This is a remote role, requiring broadband access and a suitable home workspace.
There\'s also a brand-new office next to Nottingham train station, offering a modern, collaborative environment if you\'re within commuting distance.

Working hours

• Monday-Thursday: 10:30-19:00

• Friday: 09:00-17:30

• Two 15-minute breaks plus a 30-minute lunch
