Organisational Design & Transformation Consultant

My client, a leading Oil and Gas group, is seeking to hire an experienced Organisational Design Consultant to support transformation initiatives.

The role will focus on designing and implementing operating models and organisational structures that enable commercial growth, product innovation, and efficient go-to-market delivery.

This role is suited to a consultant with deep experience in organisational design, coupled with energy commodities or data-driven commercial experience, that will likely have been gained in a top-tier consulting environment (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
