Job description

Overview

Order Processing Order Management Specialist. Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting our technical sales engineers and customers both in the UK and potentially across Europe. You will be an integral part in delivering sales and customer service goals working across multiple departments. As a member of the team, you will place orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. You will be responsible for the order throughout its journey from receiving the order until the point of invoice. You will be a point of contact for our customers and sales engineers so excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The role is suited to someone that processes excellent IT skills in particular focused on SAP tools. In addition, this person must have customer service at the forefront of their mind.

Responsibilities

• Processing complex customer quotations, orders and correspondence
