Responsibilities

  • Accountable for all aspects of admin tasks for Export Markets, Sales orders in the system.
  • Liaise with stakeholders (transportation, sources etc) to ensure timely processing of orders.
  • Manage and process export orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues related to export documentation and compliance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and shipping details.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure smooth transportation.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on order status and delivery timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer service.
