Salary: £26,000 - £30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday

Location: Office-based, near Woolston

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Supporting customers with their orders and enquiries
  • Processing and tracking customer orders accurately
  • Communicating with suppliers and the internal team to ensure smooth deliveries
  • Helping manage product and pricing information in our systems
  • Providing excellent service and helping the team meet overall business goals
Desirable
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to stay organised
  • Confidence using computers (training provided on our systems)
  • Experience in a trade, builders' merchant, or construction role is useful but not essential
