Role – We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno‑Functional Consultant to play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across multiple modules. You will combine functional expertise with hands‑on technical capabilities to support implementations, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing operations within the HCM landscape. This role is ideal for someone who can partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional and technical leadership across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Design, configure, and customise Fusion HCM applications to meet defined business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration specifications, and solution guides.
  • Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, reports, workflows, and custom components.
  • Manage and prioritise project tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Support testing cycles including scenario preparation, execution, defect resolution, and validation.
  • Deliver post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement activities across HCM functions.
