The Acute Care Technology division of ZOLL Medical Corporation develops and delivers innovative lifesaving products and software solutions to EMS, hospital, public safety, and military customers globally. The Oracle EBS Developer - EMEA will work closely with Oracle Supply Chain Manager, Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and business users to develop Oracle Cloud Integrations dijections, Extensions, and Reports that meet business requirements.

Primarily responsible for developing custom solutions, applications and enhancing existing applications using Oracle developer, PL/SQL, forms, reports, BI (XML) publisher reporting, workflows, Crystal reports and other Oracle EBS development tools. Also responsible for working with users, fellow IT resources, consultants and Oracle support on resolution of production issues as they occur in the Oracle ERP system. Work closely with key business users, in Sales, Operations, and Logistics to help define processes, implement Oracle solutions, provide applications trainings, and resolve production issues.

This is a hands‑on role for a global Oracle Cloud Implementation \urlar The Essential Functions:

  • Minimum 9 years of experience working with Oracle EBS (11i oils) modules with increasing parties of responsibility.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud development using OIC, VBCS, APEX, FBDL, or BI Analytics reports.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Oracle APIs as well as OIC, REST/SOAP web services.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle technology solutions and direction.
  • Facilitate business process and systems analysis discussions and translate findings into Business Requirements and Functional Design.
  • Provide technical support to Sales, Operations, and Logistics business users for various related tools and integrations.
  • Provide cross‑functional and cross‑location Project Management Support for Process Improvement Projects.
  • Research, design, configure, test, document and manage implementation of system changes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Analyzes and evaluates business requirements by working with business users and management. Provides recommendations on the nature, scope and complexity of solutions.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP, CEMLI.
  • Expertise in Oracle setups / data flows / interfaces (standard & custom desfile) / functionality / month‑end period close support issues.
  • Strong production support capabilities.

  • Oracle Service and Service Contracts.
  • Oracle Depot Repair.
  • PL/SQL and writing Oracle reports using Toad, Oracle XML Publisher, Crystal, Tableau or Discoverer.
  • Workflow Administration.
  • Extensive Oracle PL/SQL programming experience.
  • Experience with Tableau (preferred) or Crystal/OBIEE reports.
  • Strong Oracle database programming and support knowledge.
