Oracle EBS Compensation & Benefits HR Functional Lead London/Leeds - Candidate must travel 2-3 days every alternative week to Leeds Permanent £90K-£110K per annum + 20% bonus (10 years+ experience)

Spinwell is recruiting for an Oracle EBS Compensation & Benefits HR Functional Lead for an excellent opportunity within the private sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORACLE EBS COMPENSATION & BENEFITS HR FUNCTIONAL LEAD
  • Lead and support Oracle EBS HCM, specifically focusing on EBS Core HR, Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients.
  • Apply hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS Core HR, Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE ORACLE EBS COMPENSATION & BENEFITS HR FUNCTIONAL LEAD
  • Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation & support of Oracle EBS HCM for EBS Core HR, EBS Core HR, Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients.
  • Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
  • Knowledge and Support of existing solutions.
  • Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log
