As a Product Director for Oracle and Postgres within IP Product Management, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross‑functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs. You will be passionate about delivering a high‑quality customer experience, working within the IP Product Management organisation (IPPM) partnering with the engineering leads of our private and public cloud Oracle and Postgres products.
These products are key components for >1,200 applications across all lines of business, you will be required to lead all product management work focused on meeting the demands of this critical customer base.
