Key duties include continuously investing in cutting edge technology such as Optomap and OCT, and maintaining a fully paperless patient management system.
Responsibilities
- Dedicated testing times of 45 minutes including pre-screening (done for you) while ensuring you are not pushed for time, so you can concentrate on delivering comprehensive care and the best service.
- Work with Optometrists who have the time and professional freedom to understand each customer's needs, learn about their lifestyle, and advise on a completely personalised solution for exceptional high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate closely with a fully qualified dispensing optician in a low-pressure, less sales-driven environment, enabling you to focus on what\'s best for the patient.
- Identify key development areas with support from practices, with sponsorship available through clinical development.
- The practice has funded many Optoms this year in gaining IP status.
