About the role

Pfizer UK Undergraduate Programme 2026 / 2027 – Optimization, Analytics & Recruitment Solutions.
This placement is part of the Recruitment Solutions team within OARS, which transforms clinical trials by delivering analytics, insights and patient‑centric recruitment strategies.

Eligibility

Applicants must be completing a placement as part of a UK university degree (Year in Industry / Industrial Placement or Gap Year).
Candidates must submit the Pfizer Placement Application Form; CVs or cover letters are not considered.

Applications close 4th January 2026.

Responsibilities

The placement will involve working closely with experienced OARS members to:

  • Gain hands‑on experience in the planning and implementation stages of clinical studies.
  • Support early decision‑making by using data to inform country, site selection and recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in the development of recruitment strategies and design of creative engagement content for sites and participants.
  • Participate in the delivery of recruitment and retention strategies, including stakeholder engagement and participant experience initiatives.
Person Specification
  • Currently undertaking a UK university placement (Year in Industry / Industrial Placement or Gap Year).
