Our client are going through a large digital transformation and require additional support with improving their customer experience. The role will be focused on their website and how they can maximise their performance.

Responsibilities
  • As Optimisation Manager you will continuously improve user experience through experimentation and insight. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that they focus on activities that genuinely make a difference to their customers and impact business goals.
Key technical skills / experience
  • Develop behavioural targeting, personalisation and recommendations for a range of products to improve site performance and customer experience
  • Producing test reports, user journey analysis and having a solid understanding of tagging mechanics (having Amplitude experience would be very beneficial, as it can take some time to get up-to-speed, but probably hard to find)
  • Proficiency with Data Tools: Amplitude would be ideal, but experience with other analytics platforms like GA4, Google Tag Manager, or Adobe Analytics is also valuable.
  • You'll need to extract insights from data to inform decisions.
  • Ability to demonstrate numerous impactful changes they have been responsible for
  • Strong stakeholder management (gaining buy-in for ideas, communication of learnings, influencing the product roadmap)
  • Technical knowledge to set up and deploy experiments in a client side AB testing tool (AB Tasty experience would be ideal, but not essential, as most client side solutions are similar)
  • Analytical Skills: The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, with a deep understanding of statistics and experimentation principles. You\'ll need to be comfortable working with data to guide decisions.
