Operations Tech Analyst Programme (OA) is a 6-month rotational programme for soon-to-be and recent graduates. This programme provides a blend of education, skill building, and exposure to Susquehanna and the financial services industry. It will prepare you for a full-time position where you will design and develop applications and processes for the operations department.
This role is based in the UK; however, the first six months of the programme will take place in our Dublin office as part of an immersive graduate training experience. During this time, you will join peers from across Europe for in-depth learning and hands‑on development before returning to London on a full‑time basis. You will have the necessary support to make this transition smooth and focused on your learning and development.
Our Programme:
As an Operations Tech Analyst, you will be exposed to the full life cycle of Susquehanna’s trading activity and develop a fundamental understanding of the industry and trading environment in which Susquehanna operates. Trading Operations sits at the intersection of trading, technology, and external counterparties. You will work within trading operations teams to break down problems into their logical components and develop efficient technology solutions that will be released to the desks. You and your team will be responsible for the full lifecycle (Design, Build, Test, and Maintain) of each application the Trading Operations Tech team owns.
Across your rotations in Dublin, you will gain in-depth exposure to our trading desks and business areas. Each rotation incorporates hands‑on experience and real‑time tech projects that add immediate value. Throughout the programme, you will collaborate with our in‑house technology development teams as well as work closely with our tactical teams. If you have a keen interest in financial markets, technology, and working directly with traders, this role could be an excellent fit for you.
