The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, proficiency in Google Workspace, and excels in communication. You’ll be responsible for key operational workflows to support compliance and financial processes. You’ll work with internal teams and our customers to make sure we deliver. You’ll maintain supplier/customer records, validate data quality, and support back-office processes. You will join a team that supports key aspects to make F6S work day-to-day. The team works closely with customer operations, partnerships, sales, account management and finance to ensure information is correct, processes are followed, and requests are handled reliably.
