We have an exciting new opportunity as an Operational Support Manager (Repairs).
You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for planning, commercial support, materials management, systems and data, property inspections, and administrative functions.

As Operations Support Manager you will be responsible for leading all support functions in the delivery of our repairs service to ensure the function is delivered to our customers in line with our statutory requirements and vision and values. As you may imagine, this isn’t always easy, and requires empathy, strong effective communication skills and bags of resilience. A typical week could look as follows:
