Job responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Operations Support Manager to assist with meeting planning and event organising.
  • Provide clerical support to the team and, when appropriate, other staff, including diary management.
  • Liaise with care home managers and other stakeholders to provide administrative assistance as required.
  • Support the Operations Directors and the Regional Directors with producing letters, minute taking and other administrative duties.
  • Manage data systems and facilitate communication between departments.
Qualifications & requirements
  • Hold a minimum NVQ / QCF Level 2 in Administration or Business Studies, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Have at least 3 years of administration experience.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders and support multiple managers.

  • DBS Disclosure check – the cost will be covered by Avery Healthcare.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
