A leading waste management company in Birkenhead seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage street cleansing and waste services. You will coordinate daily operations, lead teams, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate has experience in waste management and a valid UK driving license. Shift Pattern: Friday to Sunday
Shift: Friday 13.00-19.00, Saturday 07.00-19.00 & Sunday 07.00-19.00

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing teams, resources, and schedules to deliver efficient street cleansing and waste collection services. You’ll ensure that all operations run smoothly, meet contractual standards, and uphold Biffa’s high standards of safety and performance.
