Operations Manager Water Treatment Equipment - Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire

As the Operations Manager, youll take full responsibility for managing day-to-day service operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality water treatment and hygiene services across Oxfordshire and neighbouring areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Technicians and Engineers
• Oversee P&L, budgets, and resource planning for the regional service operation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and water hygiene standards
• Drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service excellence
• Manage installation, maintenance, and servicing of water treatment and pre-treatment systems
• Report directly to the Commercial Director and play a key role in strategic decisions
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to improve performance and customer outcomes

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Service Manager, or Regional Manager within Water Treatment, Water Hygiene, or related engineering sectors
• Strong technical understanding of RO systems, filtration, softeners, and chlorine dioxide dosing
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
