Overview

Responsibilities
  • 24/7 operational leadership of a defined area in collaboration with the Locality Manager.
  • Provide direction, support, and nurture and development to all staff within line management.
  • Manage the delivery of works, estates, security and housekeeping at the local site.
  • Lead a national multi‑disciplinary remote assessment service, delivering a safe and effective service through a period of significant structural change.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience managing a national multi‑disciplinary remote assessment service in a team leader role.
  • Strong leadership behaviours, drive, and ambition.
  • Desirable: Ability to speak Welsh. Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome.
  • Visa and work permit: Non‑UK or Republic of Ireland nationals must have sponsorship to obtain a Health and Care visa or Skilled Worker visa.
